In the winter, there are hundreds of miles of trails for snowmobiling, snowshoeing, cross country skiing. There are 8 major downhill ski resorts within a hour's drive and two within ten minutes for downhill skiing.

Lincoln, New Hampshire is New England's Snow Capitol, giving you free access to over 100 miles of trails directly from our motel. Well groomed trails account for winter long activity by hundreds of snowmobile fans. The trails pass through some of the most beautiful scenic areas in the White Mountain National Forest. Skiers enjoy two major resort mountains within minutes of the Red Doors Motel and 6 others are a short drive away.
